- Supplementary Figure 1 - The relative expression level of miR-135a-5p was measured by QPCR among different treated groups. 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were transfected with miR-135a-5p mimics or NC, and the relative expression of miR-135a-5p was detected 24 h after tranfection. Positive group means 3T3-L1 preadipocytes without transfection. The CT of miR-135a-5p obtained by QPCR for positive, mimics and NC is 34.96, 24.36 and 33.98, respectively, and the CT of U6 for the three samples is 12.57, 12.19 and 12.80, respectively (n = 3; **P < 0.01).
