Representative confocal micrographs depicting the presence of centrosome amplification in ovarian cancer cells (Kuramochi) in interphase (left; dispersed centrosomes) and mitosis (right; pseudo bipolar). Centrosomes and microtubules were visualized by immunostaining for γ-tubulin (green) and α-tubulin, respectively, and DNA was stained with DAPI (blue).
