For readers of Society for Endocrinology journals

Now available – mobile optimised versions of the journals

The Society wants to ensure that its journals' content is available to users anywhere, anytime. It is important that we support the users of our journals in their desire to access content wherever they are so that they can immediately react to and engage with their scientific disciplines.

We now automatically redirect your device to the best possible viewing experience.

  • How do I access this new view?
Go to any of the Society journals' websites in your browser and you will be redirected automatically to the optimal view for the device you are using.
  • Does this apply to all mobile devices?
If you are using a SmartPhone (iPhone, Android or BlackBerry), or smaller tablet, you will now be able to view all the Society journals' in a mobile optimised view.
iPads and laptops will still go to the main site, as their screens are large enough to render the full site easily.
  • What if I prefer the main site view?
No problem! There is a link at the bottom of the mobile view called 'Full site'; click this and you will be taken to the main journal site view.
  • Is there a difference in content?
No, it is only the display that is different. All content uploaded to the main site is simultaneously available in the mobile view.
  • How do I access subscription content?
If your institute has a journal subscription, you can authorise your mobile device by using your institute's Wifi. This authorisation (or 'voucher') allows you to access and download articles off-site.
  • How do I authorise my device?
Simply click the 'Authorise this device' link on the journal home screen in the mobile view and follow the instructions.
